Important source of refernce the weekly copies cover the period from April 7 1900 to September 29 1900. Total 832 pages. Damaged copy used and soiled with detached pages at start and end. Generally a breaker and content acceptable and legible. Important primary source of reference. First issue in book lacks pages 1-2 and has next pages detached and soiled. Similarly last entry has pages 831 onward detached though end paper and averts are present. Heavy large complete otherwise. Fascinating insight.
NOTE: First issue of Black & White Budget appeared on 14 October 1899 until 30 May 1903, after which it appeared as Black & White Illustrated Budget until 17 June 1905. The last issue was published on 24 June 1905.

Generally a breaker and content acceptable and legible. Important primary source of reference. First issue undated in book lacks pages 1-4 and has next pages detached and soiled. First section dedicated to the Transvaal Special. Heavy large complete otherwise. Fascinating insight.
