Aces show views of Switzerland in landscape format: Spades - Rigi-Koulm; Hearts - Chûte du Rhin; Diamonds - Montreux and Clubs - Glacier de Rosenlaui. The court cards show the coat of arms and depict National costumes for each of the Swiss Cantons:
Spades - Tessin / Neuchâtel /Lucerne / Soleure;
Hearts - Uri / Unterwalden/Schaffhouse / Zuric/Appenzell / Berne;
Diamonds - Grison / St. Gall/ Berne / Vaud / Thurgovie
Clubs - Bâle / Glaris /Appenzell / SchwyzValais / Argovie/ Zug / Fribourg. Unusually the reverse of each card has a Swiss view making this a true souvenir deck. Original colourful damaged box lack top flip otherwise cards with gilt corners in pristine condition.
