Royal Mint 1970 Proof Coin Set containing eight coins, all dated 1970, as follows: half-crown, two shilling, shilling (2 coins one English the other Scottish), sixpence, three-pence, penny and halfpenny. Considered the best of the 'modern' flat pack proof sets issued by the Royal Mint. The proof finish is excellent on these designs. Set is complete in the original Royal Mint cover with gilt stylised lettering. Usual light toning on some of the copper coins.

New Edition dated 1887. The Thames in blue with extended text captions to the villages and cities along the embankment. Printed on paper 160mm wide pasted and laid on cloth in several section with total length of 2 meters and 60 cm. Intended and rolled. Elongated tokens (spade, diamond and club 59mm x 15mm; square token (hearts) 44mm x 26mm worn top right corner amd round 34mm diamterer token with chinese wandered. Genrally very good condition.
