Peru 'Huaco' globular two handed vessel with decorative spotted design and large. Abstract decorative terra cotta work, painted throughout. Some damage and wear. Good general condition. Paracas culture terra cotta. Approximately 110mm high 1005mm at its widest wide. Note: Huaco is the name given to earthen vessels and other finely made pottery artworks found in pre-columbian sites. Huacos are linked to ceremonial and religious uses in Central Andean pre-columbian civilizations.
