250th Anniversary of the Appointment of the First Provincial Grand Master in Jamaica 1742-1992 Philatelic portfolio containing 1st day cover, set of 4 stamps and set of 4 litho prints 255mm x 300mm. Limited edition 94 of 100 and each pencil signed by the artist. Stamp and Cover limited to 1000 copies. The whole in three flap large folder personally dedicated and signed by the artist. The four stamps have a Masonic emblem on each for value of 50cent, 1.00, 1.40 and 25 Dollars. Official first day cover had been cancelled to Order. Set of 4 are in decorative set with text on borders. The American Detroit born artist Susan L Shirley (b1950) works and exhibits in Jamaica since 1974. Edge folds minor damage to cover otherwise excellent state..

Masonic Philatelic Cover with Silk Cachette Paul Revere - made a Mason September 24, 1760 and served as Grand Master of Massachusetts from 1795-1797. An ardent Patriot, friend of Hancock and Adams, he had been one of the Mohawks at the Boston Tea Party and as official courier of the Provincial Congress carried the Suffolk Resolves to philadelphia, but no episode in the history of the Revolution is more familiar then that of his midnight ride - warning the countryside of the approching British and Hancock and Adams at Lexington - April 18, 1775. Envelope with (non-masonic) stamp and cancellation: Boston April 18, 1975. Size: 165mm x 92mm.

Unused and un-addressed Anti-Masonic cover with Serbo-Croat heading and 4 stamps for denominations of 0.50, 1.00, 2.00 and 4.00 Dinar each individually stamped and cancelled to order. Issued in Belgrade 1942. This was a propaganda issue each stamp with an added equal value intended to raise funds for the Belgrade exhibition of Masonic artefacts. Excellent condition as issued.
